As part of the application process all applicants have Access to clear inforation as to the types of docementation required to demonstrate the requirements of the relevant rule are met and are advised that failure to submit any such documentation may result in refusal of the application.this decision could onlu have been taken on the basis of the evidence you have supplied.

İ have considered yourapplication on the evidence you have provided.this includes your responses on the visa application form and the documents you have submitted as well as any additional information provided by you in section 7 of the visa application form. İ have taken into account the information from any sponsor and afforded appropriate weight, but it is your prsonel circumstances and intentions which i have primarily examined and which form the basis form y decision.
İ have refused your visa application on this occasion because i m not satisfied,on the balance of probabilities,this decision was made on the merits of this application.however,if you have a previous application and immgration history,this may have been considered

You state that you are single with no children and that you are student,you state that you have no assest other than from employment and your family whilst i am satisfied that you meet the requirements of the reamining sub-paragraphs because
İ note that you are a üniversty student yet you have now decided to study english in the uk,during an academic year. you have not supplied any documents relating to the progress of your course or why you are abandoning it party way through an academic year. İ also note that as your english course is a year long,you will miss part of the 2008-2009 academic year too,you have not explained why you have decided to study at this point in the year,or why you have selected a course that will so disruptive to your current studies,given the many variations and options that could have been available to you. When given the opportunity to state on the application form how the course will benefit you,you have given no financial justification or reasoning for your decision, giving a vague answer about it improving ‘’my english language skill’’. Furthermore, i note the unsatisfactory answers you gave as to how you selected your course,that it ’’not far away’’ and i m thus not satisfied that you have thoroughly researched your course options and locations , as i would expect from a genuine student looking to move away from home to study in a foreign country. This undermines your applications and personel cerdibility.i have taken the above into account,and i m not satisfied that the cost of the course can be justfied against the benefits to your career and studies.this again leads met o doubt the reasosns for your selevting the uk to study, and on the balance of probabilities, i m not satisfied it is not the location that interests you more than the course.
İ m further not satisfied that you have evidenced that your sponsor is in a strong enough position to fund your course without your having recourse to public funds or work, as your application is supported by 2 bank statements. İ note that there is a very large deposit as the last transaction pn each bank statement,inconsistent with previous account activity. The İstanbul verification unit regularly checks such accounts with visa applicants banks, and you have signed a disclaimer authorising this, and these cheks have revealed that types of accounts are frequently emptied shortly after being printed. Their credibility as supprting documents,in the absence of other compelling evidence as to your financial circumstances,is thus undermined. İ further note that the provenance of these funds has not been evidentially supported on your application,despite the F&CO advice (on paper and on the website) that advises visa applicants to both evidence their income and funds. That you have chosen not to support your application with such evidence casts doubt on your assertions as to income and funds, i therefore cannot be satisfied that your funds and personel financial circumstances are as stated,on the evidence presented in your application.
İ note the offer of sponsorship from your current employer. İ note that are no references or details as to the sums involded, the amount they are prepared to give you and what they evpect in return. İ would expect these details to have been established and documented should this be a serious and commercial offer of sponsorship,that they have not been casts doubt on their reliability. İ note there are no bank statements from the business supplied with your applications. İ m thus not satisfied,on the evidence presented,that this is a viable and credible offer of sponsorship.
İ m thus not satisfied that you have evidenced that you have sufficent funding in place to demonstrate that that you can support yourself in the uk without recourse to public funds or Works . i am thus not satisfied that you have met the requirements of the immigration rules
İn light and addition to the above,i am thus not satisfied that your course is not being used as a pathway to migration and that you are a genuine student who actually intends to study the course stated or that you would leave the uk after limited period stated
İf you decide to appeal against the refusal of your application,the decision will be rewiewed in conjunction with your grounds of appeal, if you have any additional documentation which adresses the reasons for refusal,you are strongly advised to submit it with your notice of appeal,as it may be possible to resolve the points at issue without the necessity for an appeal hearing.
İn reaching this decision to refuse your application,i have given careful consideration to your human rights under current united kingdom legislation. İ am satisfied that this decision does not constitute a breach of those humanrights.

kardeş üzüntünü anlıyorum ama bişi sormak istiyorum. Okuldan sorun çıktı deseler anladık deriz ama Bankadan ne gibi sorun çıkmışki? yani ne kadar para gösterdin üzerinde? yada hemen yatırıp çekmi yaptın? yoksa kısa bi süre önce yani başvurudan ne kadar önce yatırdın? hangisi kardeş?

senin okul doneminde bu kadar uzun (1yil) bir kursa yazilmani dogru bulmamislar.Yani anlamsiz bir ugras oldugunu ve bunun sana nasil bir fayda saglayacagini belirtmemissin.
Bunun yaninda baska bir nedenle olarak da maddi yetersizliklerin yani parasl olarak kendini destekleyemdigine dem vurmuslar. Ve ailenin veya senin herhangi bir birikimin olmamasi bunun yaninda gosterdigin sirketin sana finansal derstek vermemesi, sana dondugunde ne tur pozisyonda ne tur bir is verceklerine deginmemsi de ikinci neden olarak belirtilmis.
Bunun yaninda bankaya yatirdigin paranin miktar olarak diger hesaplara(yani diger aylara)oranla bu kadar yuksek olmasi suphe uyandirmis.
Ama Bana kalirsa akedemik yilda neden herseyi terk ederek ingiltere gelmek istedigini ve bun destekleyecek belgeleri getirmemenden doleyi birde sponsorunun sana hesap bilgilerini ve donuste hangi pozisyonda caliscagini yazmamis olman.
Ve bu adamlar bu isi ( minareyi caldi bari kilifini hazirlayayim ) savsaklmaktadir.tabi ki benim fikrim yogunlukla ilgili olarak dogru dusunememislerdir.
