The Decision

I note that you have twice been refused visas under the Points based system in order to undertake long term English Study in the Uk.There is no evidence of any further study undertaken by you in Turkey in the interim.You have instead taken employment on the Turkish national minimum wage of around 700 TL (280) per month.You have shown no evidence today of the funding shown at the time of your previous application . This leads me to doubt that the funding shown for your previous applications was genuiely available to you.No funding has been shown in your name today.


You have shown copies of various documents relating to people sharing your surname.As none of these relate to your parents and you have supplied no NUFUS data. I am not satisfied that these relate to you or represents any usable funding on your part.I further note that none of this documentation has been translated as stipulated in the Visa application guidance and as such have been disregarded for evidential purposes.


I finally note that you have cited one contact in The Uk. There is no evidence of this person’s connection or relationship to you,and you have stated you are not going to stay with him.


On the basis of the available evidence I am not satisfied that this is a genuine application for the purpose and duration as stated by you.This application does meet the requirements of Paragraph 41 and of the Immigration Rules.


I have therefore refused your application because I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities,that you meet all of the requirements of the above paragraphs of the Immigraiton Rules.

Funding ile kisminda bir onceki basvurunuzda belirttiginiz guncel bilgilerden sonra son basvuruda bu konuyla ilgili herhangi bir kanit yok demek istiyor.Yani bilgiler guncel degil ve belge olarak gosterilen herseyin bir kaniti olmasi gerekiyor arkadaslar.En uc noktaya kadar herseyin kaniti ve cevirileri sart yoksa nasil anlayacaklar...

2kere puan sıstemlı uzun donemlı ogrencı vızesı basvurunuzun gerı cevrılmıs olmasının uzerıne turıst vızesıne basvurunca sanırım gıdıp donmeyecek dıye dusunerekten bır de uzerıne banka detayları yeterlı olmayınca sorun cıkmıs sanırım.

evet 2 kere oğrenci başvurdum ret aldım son olarakda turist başvurduk ondanda ret aldım ve nufus kayıt ornegi vermedim :S

daha geniş çeviri olursa memnun olurum

*2 kez puan sistemli uzun donem ogrenci vize basvurusundan red aldigini, yeni basvuruya kadar olan sure zarfinda ogrencilik adina birsey yapmadigini soylemis. Onceki basvurularinda 700 TL lik maasin yada gelirin oldugunu belirtmissin fakat bugun itibari ile hali hazir bu parayi almakta oldugunu ispat eden bir belge vermedigini soylemis. Bu parayida suan icin kazanmadigini dusunuyormus.

*Ayni soyismi tasidigin birkac kisi ile akraba oldugunu belirten evraklar vermissin, bu kisilerin birinci dereceden akraban olmadigini ve Nufus bilgilerini ( vukuatli nufus kayit ornegidir buyuk ihtimal ) gosteren bir evrak vermedigini soylemis. Bu kisilerin seninle akraba olduguna ve sana kullanilabilir bir para kaynagi sunabileceklerine inanmamis. Ayrica sundugun evraklarin cevirisini yapmamissin.

* UK de birini tanidigini soylemissin fakat bu kisi ile herhangi bir baglatin oldugunu gosteren belge sunmamissin. Ayrica bu tanidigin kisi ile kalmyacagini soylemissin.

Veridigin celiskili bilgilerden dolayi vize basvurundan tatmin olmamis ve red cevabi vermis..

Umarim anlasilir bir dilde yazmisimdir, ceviri isinde iyi degilimdir ama belki yardimi dokunur. Saygilar..
