Leadership, Team Building, Management, and Communications Skills and a “Business Minded” perspective when dealing with legal issues are key characteristics a Lawyer in today’s world must have and master in order to be successful in their career. The International Business Practice for Lawyers program is a 5-day intensive course that is specifically designed for non-native English speakers who are lawyers, in-house company counsels, and legal advisors. The course aims to improve English proficiency and professional skills by incorporating a mixture of instruction, case studies, and role-playing with a legal and business context. Attendees will learn about the English Common Law System, know how to draft contract clauses, and have an opportunity to visit English Courts and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
