I am sorry for responding late to your e-mail.

I would like to inform you that a passenger car carry up to eight bags. The free baggage allowance for one passenger is 20 kilos. Therefore, I can confirm that your free baggage allowance is 20 kilos.

However, if you want to carry more than 20 kilos, you need to pay the excess weight charges which is £10 per additional kilo, which is payable at the sales desk.

For any further queries on the baggage, I have explained our baggage policy below:

Every item of the standard checked-in ('hold') baggage will incur a fee. The applicable online fee will be displayed at the time of booking baggage (whether during or after booking your flight). Alternatively, you may choose to pay a higher charge at the airport. You will be advised of this charge at the airport. The payment of the fee provides you with an aggregate allowance of 20 kilos across all pieces of hold baggage. This may only be increased by payment of excess weight charges. The excess luggage charge is £10 per additional kilo, which is payable at the sales desk.

However, if you pay for the hold luggage over the phone the charge is £9 per bag and passenger. If you pay at the airport, the charge is £18 per bag and passenger.

Please note that the weight allowance is not per item, but for all the luggage you want to check in. You cannot take more than 8 items of hold luggage per passenger.

Soru olarak, ben Siteden tanesi 11 euro'dan 2 adet bagaj satın aldım. bu 2X20 =40 kg mı demek oluyor diye sormustum.

Aynen öyle. bir kişi en fazla 20 kg götürebiliyor. sitesinde online olarak alınan 2. bagaj sadece o 20 kg'ı 2 parçaya ayırmaya yarıyor fazla goturmek isteyenler kg bası para odemek zorunda.
