I note that you have applied as a child student and not a T4 General Student.You have claimed 30 points for your visa letter but ı am not satisfied that the course in respect of which it was issued satisfies the requirements for a grant of leave as a tier 4 (Child) Student because the course is not taught in accordance with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF).I am therefore not satisfied that you have met the requirements for 30 points to be awarded under appendix A of the Immigration Rules.I therefore refuse your application for entry clearance as a Tier 4 (Child) Student under paragraph 245ZZA(b) of the Immigration Rules.

Student vizesini National Curriculum Framework (NCF) semasina uygun okullarla yap demek senin dil okulunun bu kapsamdaki okullarin disinda,sen bu kapsama girmeyen bir okulu ile vize muracati yapmissin ve red almissin , Ingiltere sinir polisi bu sene yeni bir takim kurallar koyu bu cercevede degerlendirme yapiyor yani yeni bir okul bur ve tekrar dene.
